Talks & Workshops
Learning together
We offer talks and workshops for companies, teams, expert panels, working groups, etc. as well as coaching for individuals. We are happy to come to your preferred venue, invite you to a seminar room, or meet online.
We have been teaching Gender & Queer Studies and Transcultural Communication at various Austrian universities for several years. Boka has received the University of Salzburg’s Award for Excellence in Teaching. Michael also offers communication coaching via Go like Silk.
With our workshops and talks, we want to share our knowledge and experience, create spaces for exchange among interested/interesting people, and create impulses for further inspiration. Together, we can learn and grow.

Working
together
Our approach
Our workshops and talks are based in theories of emancipatory learning spaces. This means, among other things, that we engage critically with social power relations as they feature in the respective teaching/learning settings. We base our work on academic research, and our inclusive approach allows room for mistakes. We recognise all participants as complex human beings, address potential conflicts, and aim to nurture the joy of working together.
Cooperations
We are flexible and always interested in cooperations. If you would like to cooperate with (one or both of) us on a specific project, we are happy to hear from you.
